Individual Sessions

Every sophrology session is uniquely crafted to address your individual needs. After each session, you'll walk away with practical tools to integrate into your daily life, along with a recording to revisit whenever you need.

Whether you're seeking support in health, personal growth, or professional life, sophrology can help you find balance and clarity.

Session Structure:

  • First Session (1 hour 15 minutes):
    Our initial meeting is a chance for you to share your situation and specific needs in detail. Through attentive and compassionate listening, I’ll ensure confidentiality while selecting the most effective techniques for you. This conversation is followed by a calming breathing practice.

  • Subsequent Sessions (around 1 hour):
    Each follow-up session includes:

    • A welcoming conversation and an introduction to the day's focus

    • Practice time:
      – Breathing exercises to center your mind
      – Gentle movements to release body tension
      – Relaxation techniques to ease stress
      – Visualization to foster positive change

    • A space to share your experiences and sensations

    • A recording of the session to help reinforce your practice

Typically, a program spans 8 to 12 sessions, depending on your individual needs, to guide you toward lasting change and personal growth.

Group Sessions
 

These sessions are designed for everyone, no matter your background or needs, and are here to help you find a sense of calm, relaxation, and the ability to truly let go. Through these sessions, you’ll learn to relax deeply, breathe mindfully, restore balance between your body and mind, and cultivate a more positive outlook on life.

Session Details:

  • Small, intimate groups of 3 to 8 people to create a warm, supportive atmosphere

  • No prior experience needed—everyone progresses at their own pace

  • Exercises are simple and accessible, done seated or standing, and in comfortable clothing

 

Session Structure:

  • Introduction to the session's theme

  • Breathing exercises paired with gentle movements

  • Deep relaxation to unwind

  • Visualization to enhance mental clarity

  • Optional sharing and discussion of the benefits you experienced

 

When and Where:

  • The next online group sessions start on Tuesday 6th May 2025, from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM (GMT) via Meetup. The theme for the current workshop is Recharge and Renew: Sophrology after Work 

  • Additional days and times available upon request

  • Location: Online via Meetup

  • I also run weekly sessions of sophrology in the park from May to October

Individual sessions:
£ 70 per session

A Sophrology program usually requires 8 to 12 sessions, depending on your specific needs.

​Group sessions:

£ 10 per person

​​​​Minimum 3 participants. Reservation is required.
